April 6, 2025   Urban Life Training Chapter Starting in Jefferson County, WV       Urban Life Training co-founders Richard and Stacey Urban met over the past three months with multiple Jefferson County, West Virginia residents to plan the formation of the Eastern Panhandle Chapter of Urban Life Training.    Richard states "There is a real need to give youth and young adults factual information and guidance that helps them to navigate the critical issues of sexuality and healthy relationships.  It is really a type of abuse when we deprive young people of this critical information. ...
